Tom Forese

Mr. Forese has more than forty years of experience in pension and endowment administration, and senior corporate leadership. For the last 20 years he has been the CEO and Plan Administrator for the Savings Banks Employees Retirement Association(SBERA). During this time, he created and was CEO of Northeast Retirement Services(NRS), Global Trust Company(GTC) and Advisors Charitable Gift Fund(ACGF). \
Mr. Forese has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University.

Greg Wilson

Advisory Board Member

Gregory Wilson is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Putnam Investments and a United States Air Force veteran.
Prior to joining Putnam Investments, Wilson served as the Chief Information Security Officer at Pioneer Natural Resources and was the Head of Information Security at 1st Global. Wilson led the IT Compliance and Security function at TPG Capital and the IT Compliance and Security group at Lehigh Hanson.
Wilson graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Wilson holds a certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School cyber security executive program and holds the CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CDPSE, PSM and PMP certifications as well as his Series 7 and 24. Wilson is a boardroom Qualified Technology Expert (QTE) by DDN and holds a board certification in Director Professionalism by the NACD.
Wilson serves on the Board of Director’s at Intrusion Inc. as the Chair of Nomination/Governance and is a member of Audit Committee. He also serves as an Advisor for Menlo Ventures, YL and Vation Ventures and on EveryIncome, LLC corporate Advisory Boards and Boston Innovation Advisory Council. Wilson also serves on the following professional boards, including CNBC Technology Executive Council, Boston CXO Executive Committee and SecureWorld Boston Advisory Boards.

Art Loomis

Mr. Loomis founded Loomis & Co., Inc. and its broker dealer subsidiary, Northeast Capital & Advisory, Inc., in 1992. Since then, the Firm has been consistently ranked among the top investment banks to community banks nationwide in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and performance enhancements, private placements and public offerings.
Mr. Loomis also launched the Financial Institutions Fund, LLC., a community and regional bank focused hedge fund in 1996 and continues to serve as its portfolio manager.
Prior to Loomis & Co., Mr. Loomis had progressive levels of responsibility at four Wall Street firms, where he was responsible for corporate finance activities for financial institutions nationwide. Mr. Loomis also had extensive commercial banking and regulatory experience while at Banc One Corporation in Columbus, Ohio and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, respectively.
Mr. Loomis received his Bachelor’s in Economics and Master’s in Business Administration degrees from Cornell University. He has lectured at Cornell and the University of Rochester, made frequent presentations at various banking seminars, state and national conventions and banking schools, and is regularly quoted in such periodicals as American Banker, Bank Director, and U.S. Banker.

Pamela Yang

Advisory Board Member

Pamela is Chief Operating Officer of a commercial real estate company with a history of nearly nine decades in Boston, Massachusetts. In her role, Pamela oversees daily operations, including guiding strategic planning, providing oversight and working closely with various teams and the ownership. In addition, Pamela plays a key role in leading the development and implementation of the firm’s culture, ESG and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Recognized as a key leader, mentor, and role model, in 2022, Pamela was the recipient of the Globe Street’s Women of Influence Award in the Corporate Executive category. Pamela also oversees the investment management for the single family office.
Prior to the current role, Pamela was Managing Director, Head of Charitable Asset Management at State Street Global Advisors, where she lead a team that manages investment and administration of endowment and charitable assets for over 200 non-for-profit clients. Before SSGA, Pamela spent 18 years as SVP, Head of Trust Investments and Operations at Harvard Management Company, where she oversaw the Trusts and Gifts group in fulfilling the fiduciary responsibilities for Harvard University’s charitable assets. At Harvard, Pamela built a team that provided investment, reporting, administration and tax services for Harvard’s prominent donors. Before joining Harvard, Pamela started her career at PriceWaterhouse Coopers in the assurance division as an auditor of primiarily financial services clients including Fidelity and Putnam.
Currently, Pamela is a Governor on the Board of Governors of the CFA Institute and a Trustee of the Boston Ballet. On both boards, Pamela serves on the Audit, Finance and Investment Committees. In addition to the CFA Charter, Pamela holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation and is a Certified Public Accountant since 1998.
Pamela holds an MBA/MS in Accounting at Northeastern University and did Ph.D. work in French Literature at New York University. Pamela is an avid reader, and speaks & writes fluently English, French and Chinese.

Chris Hulse

Advisory Board Member

Chris Hulse is Chief Executive Officer of Northeast Retirement Services LLC (NRS) and its subsidiary Global Trust Company (GTC). He is responsible for the strategic direction of the firms as well as its daily client servicing and overall operations. Prior to the role of CEO Chris was Chief Operating Officer of NRS and GTC for 15 years.
Mr. Hulse has over thirty years of senior consulting and executive experience in investment services with a specialty in investment product strategy, process and systems. Chris is also an officer of the Savings Banks Employees Retirement Association and CEO of Advisors Charitable Gift Fund. Prior to joining NRS, Mr. Hulse was a Partner with KPMG and Managing Director for KPMG Consulting in the Investment Services practice.
He is a graduate of Bentley University.

Ken Grant

Kenneth GY Grant is an independent director with over 40 years of executive leadership experience. He has founded and led multiple financial services firms on both sides of the for-profit and not-for-profit divide. Among the solutions provided by the firms he created are multiple tax-transparent, multi-national, fund-of-funds solutions for the institutional market. The Trust and Registered Investment Companies he has led offer a menu of investment product: ETFs, traditional mutual funds, interval or tender funds, as well as exempt product, collective investment trusts and limited liability corporations.

Mr. Grant is a Teaching Elder, the Presbytery of Boston. He is a graduate of Syracuse University (Bachelor of Arts), Boston University (Master of Theology) and Clark University (MBA) and has served as adjunct faculty at Harvard University. He and his wife live in Swampscott, MA.

Arvind Kesireddy

Formerly, Arvind was an EVP & Chief Operating Officer for NRS/Global Trust Company and Chief Information Officer developing its proprietary platform servicing Trust, Retirement and Investment services. His deep understanding of Industry needs and emerging technologies has helped the organization achieve great financial success and client satisfaction. Prior to NRS, he worked at Fidelity Investments developing and supporting high volume algorthmic trading platform for equity markets.
Arvind has graduated from Northeastern University with MS in Computer Systems Engineering, MBA – Management from Fitchburg University, and has certficate in Artificial Intelligence from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Six Sigma Certificate from Villonava University.
